Waiver

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this waiver, and voluntarily agree to its terms.

Assumption of Risk: You understand that this event involves an indoor dance and movement experience with music, and that participation carries inherent risks, including but not limited to: trips, falls, muscle strains, sprains, and other injuries arising from physical movement and exertion; collision or contact with other participants; and use of the studio floor and facilities. You confirm that you are physically able to participate in a movement-based activity and are not aware of any medical condition that would make participation unsafe, and that you participate at your own risk.

Release and Indemnification: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Deep Dance LLC, Foundation for Optimism LLC (FFO LLC), and Soho Dance LA Studio, along with their agents — including the DJ, instructor, performers, assistants, facilitators, agents, officers, volunteers, team members, and employees — from any and all liability, claims, and expenses arising from your participation in or use of the services, products, or facilities associated with this event, including but not limited to defense costs, legal fees, claims for damages of any nature, bodily injury, death, personal injury, property damage, and workers' compensation claims.

General: This agreement is governed by the laws of California. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
